How to install AusDatumTool on a Mac

1. Download WineBottler from http://winebottler.kronenberg.org.
   
   
2. Drag the WineBottler DMG file to the Applications folder in your computer's Finder window to install it.
   
   
3. Download AusDatumTool.exe to your Mac, then right-click on it and choose to open it with Wine. The tool should run after a few seconds.
   
   
4. If you want the "view in Google" button in AusDatumTool to work, you will also need to add a few keys to the Windows registry in Wine.
   
   
5. Launch "Wine" and an icon will appear in the Mac OS menu bar. . From here, you can access the Registry Editor.
   
   
6. In the left-hand pane, browse to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and add a ".kml" key with values set as shown below:
   
   
   
   
   
7. Also add a key called "KMLFile" with values as shown below:
   
   
   
   
   
8. Now when you convert a point in AusDatumTool and press the Google Earth button, the point should be shown in Google Earth.
