Rain Warning App Help
When you first start the app, give it permission to use your location and send you notifications. Then press the settings button at the top and choose your state (eg. VIC), use the drop-down list to select your closest weather radar, and then return to the main page of the app.
On the main page of the app press the GPS button to get your current location. Alternately you can enter a lat/lon value in decimal degrees. Once you have done this, press the reload button at the top left to load the latest weather radar image.
Once you have the app configured, you can switch to other apps, leaving it running in the background. If the app detects nearby rainfall, it will send you a notification. Clicking on the notification will bring the app up and show you the latest weather radar image. If you want to see the rainfall in more detail, you can press the loop button at the centre of the top of the app to take you to the corresponding BOM web page which shows a looping weather radar.
If you want to stop the app running, press the exit button at the top right of the app.
